Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Where is the exhibition being held?
Our venue is at 131 Queen St in Auckland’s CBD. (You need to type 131A Queen St into Google Maps).
Look for the New World Metro opposite the end of Shortland St.
It's two doors along from there towards Wyndham St.
131 Queen St is situated in the luxury retail precinct of Queen Street and is close to Britomart, the Ferry Terminal, and the Downtown Carpark.
Is the venue accessible (for wheelchairs/limited mobility/prams)?
Yes, it’s at street level and accessible if you’re on wheels.
Where can I park?
For cost effectiveness we recommend you park at either:
Downtown Carpark (8 minute walk on the flat)
Victoria St Carpark (4 minute walk but up a small hill one way)
Other nearby (but more expensive) carparks are:
27 Fort St (Wilson Parking)
5 Durham Lane (Wilson Parking)
SAP Tower, 17 Wyndham St (Wilson Parking)
51 Shortland St (Wilson Parking)
Is it easy to take public transport? How far is it from the Britomart train station and buses?
It’s easy to plan your travel on the AT Journey Planner.
It’s a five minute walk from Britomart, and covered most of the way.
Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door? What forms of payments do you take?
Yes we sell tickets at the door. We accept eftpos , credit cards (VISA and Mastercard) and cash.
I have already bought a ticket and can no longer make it on that date. Can I still use my ticket?
Yes you can. Just email us at rotaryauckland@gmail.com and tell us when you plan to come. We’ll put your name on the door.
Do you offer any ticket discounts?
We offer a discounted price for groups of 10 or more on weekdays. See this page for details.
How can I book tickets for my group?
Is the exhibition suitable for children?
Due to the nature of some of the images, we don’t recommend it for children under 13. Please use discretion.
Our charities
What charities is WPP supporting this year?
In 2025, proceeds will go to Rotary youth programmes Interact and Rotaract, and PHAB,
an inclusive organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities.
Can I make a donation to your selected charities?
They would be so grateful if you could. No amount is too small (plus you can use the receipt for a tax credit in your tax return).
We’re collecting donations to pass along to our charities on our
Give a Little
page.
